Please advise whether 1 ordinary resolution can be passed on following matter:
Authorizing Branch Head of respective branch of the company to sign,execute all necessary documents for purchase of Fixed Assets or taking loan or acquire Fixed Assets on a rental basis or appoint or re-appoint or discharge staffs or consultant or advisory in the respective field wholly or partially as and when required for the purpose of the respective branch.
Above will be continued till further resolution is passed
