Can the name of a private ltd company which is run by 4 directors changed at the discretion of ONLY 2 directors?

sir, if a managing director of a public limited company has paid the consideration (three years ago)for shares to his sister who is shareholder of the same company but the shares are yet to transfer in his name. how can we deal in this matter

A private limited company has to increase its paid up capital to person other than the existing members. What are the requirements for such increase.

Whether the approval of existing members is also required for making allotments to new allotees.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for change in name by following the form 1A, 1B adn 23.

the ROC has demaded altered AOA and MOA.

But during the period 2 1st director out of 3 were resigned.

So please give me guidance about whether i should drop the clause of ist director as there are only 1 director who is continuing and other are resigned.


in short is it sufficient to change only name clause and not 1st director clause.
