Changes to be made in aoa

Dear Sir,
I have applied for change in name by following the form 1A, 1B adn 23.
the ROC has demaded altered AOA and MOA.
But during the period 2 1st director out of 3 were resigned.
So please give me guidance about whether i should drop the clause of ist director as there are only 1 director who is continuing and other are resigned.
in short is it sufficient to change only name clause and not 1st director clause.

No, you can not change the first director clause as its a clause meant at the time of incorporation.
