I am incorporating a new company using e-form spice plus. After uploading it at MCA portal there are a message come that one subscriber's PAN is invalid and another subscriber's DSC is not registered with his PAN at MCA portal. I gone through the contents of e-form and found that PAN of first subscriber is as same as it was printed on his PAN card further this PAN number is also verified by MCA portal itself when spice plus web based e-form filled and clicked at tab to verify PAN of subscriber. Another subscriber's PAN is also registered at MCA portal with his same PAN number as it was printed on his PAN card. I gone further to register his DSC again but MCA portal can't take registered and message shown as "this DSC is already registered with the given PAN number". Now, it is beyond my understanding as to how this kinds of error were listed by MCA portal.. so please I request to all of you that please guide me on this issue and enlight my way to incorporate company..for which I remain sincere to you...

In a Private limited company had Two directors. On 19/08/2020 one of the director is dead. Now, Only one director in live. He think to appoint a director from another person from family of death director...

My question is : What is the time limit for appointing another director in this situation...?

Hello, Can anyone help me if a private company takes loan from its directors (any limit) and from shareholders (upto100% of their paid up capital) whether it is under "deposits" as per the act? and whether it is mandatory to file DPT-3?

I am tring to form a private limited company. Whenever i try to upload SPICE forms, message come as under: The ID number xxxxxx entered already exists against an active DIN. However both the director of the proposed company don't have any DIN or DPIN. When i checked DIN number mentioned on MCA website, it belongs to some Anshul Agarwal (we even don't know him who is he?) I have checked the SPICE forms multiple times,PAN is correctly mentioned. So where is the issue coming??

I have a query.. The Independent Director was appointed on 2015 AGM i.e. on 31st August, 2015..whether term will be expired on 30th August, 2020 or till 2020 AGM? ...and if term will be expired on 30th August, 2020 then what is the period to re-appoint ID.

I am trying to upload Spice+ Forms ( Part B, MOA.AOA.Agile Pro,and INC9) but it is saying that the ID number 00352476 entered already exists against an active DIN.
i have checked all the forms and nowhere this ID is mentioned.
the director does not have a Din number as well still this error is showing every time i am trying to upload. Today is last date for name approval please help me out.

Our application Part B of Spice+ is in status "Sent for Resubmission" since yesterday. However, we have not received any email about it.

Is there any other location where we can see the reasons for rejection of our application ?

there is requirement to file CHG-1 if we modify Hypothecation deed that secured asset has changed? however no additional loan has taken and that charge was already created. kindly tell that whether it shall be consider as modification of charge and CHG-1(modification) is required to file?
