As you are aware that form is made available for filling w. e. f. 15.07.2020, I have few queries in respect to captioned form: a. for which period, the said form is to be filled??? b. If it is required to be filed for more than one half year, then is separate filling filling is required for each period????? c. One of my client, in abeyance of knowledge of applicability of the provisions have made allotment of share twice one in October 2018 and then in December 2019. How to show the same in the form. will it attract any penalty while filing the forms????? d. What is penalty on account of delay in filling form PAS 6 as the due date ended on 13.09.2020????

MCA vide its General Circular No. 16/2019 dated 28.11.2019, extended the time limit for filing Form PAS-6 without additional fees for the half year ended on 30.09.2019 will be sixty days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of the Ministry. Since the form is deployed on 15.07.2020 the due date for filing the forms of Sep 2019 & March 2020 shall be 13.09.2020.
Further Form PAS-6 is not coming under CFSS. If the form is not filed within 13.09.2020, following late fee will be levied.
Period of delays 30-60 days: 2 times normal fee 60-90 days: 4 times normal fee 90-180 days: 10 times normal fee beyond 180 days: 12 times normal fee
