RUN sent for resubmission

I have filed RUN application. MCA has send names for resubmission. Reason mentioned was - "Proposed name is recommended for approval subject to liability under section 447/448 & 16 of the Companies Act 2013."

Can someone help with this ? What exactly is to be done ?

05 October 2020 Leave it as such. Usually after 15 days (check in inward mail for any other expiry date) from the date of the original form the validity expires. Check with the SRN if it expired. Then apply afresh ONLY for NAME RESERVATION through RUN form PART A. After name is approved, fill and upload PART B of run form and the other LINKED forms for INCORPORATING the company.
