Quick Summary

MGT 14 filing is generally not required for private limited companies when financial statements are adopted at an Annual General Meeting (AGM). 01 October 2020 In none of the cases, resolution for adoption in AGM is required to be filed.

Only Board resolution (not AGM Resolution) for adoption of FS is required to be filed for Public Companies.
