I've read various answers for tsi question on this website but they are all pre 2013.
I think the answer to this question changes post Companies act 2013.

10 October 2020 No, because Director Identification Number (DIN) is compulsory for becoming a Director and a minor is not allotted a DIN. Hence, minor cannot become a Director.
