We want to change the statutory auditor for Financial Year 2013-14 in the AGM to be held on 1st August,2013.

Is the new auditor eligible to do the audit for the quarter ended 30.6.2013 and issue the limited review report.

From 1st April Company take over the running business of a partnership firm where all the share holder of the company are the partner of the said firm.
the authorised Capital of the company is 25lac and the the total capital of the partnership firm is 2cr..

we have a pvt ltd company, in their a director having 10% share of company,creating problem in working. other than him we are three members all are having 30% shares each.he is not agree to sell his shares to us .we all want to remove him.how can we remove him from company.
