we have a pvt ltd company, in their a director having 10% share of company,creating problem in working. other than him we are three members all are having 30% shares each.he is not agree to sell his shares to us .we all want to remove him.how can we remove him from company.

sir, 1) what was the difference between special resolution and ordinary resolution under special business?
2) what type of resolution shall be passed regarding increase in remuneration of whole time director.

opening unsecured loan = Rs 78,000
addition to above loan = Rs. 11,00,000
during the year

closing balance of loan = Rs 11,78,000

sir please tell what is the nature of loan?

hi, can anyone tell me the full procedure for issue of shares by a pvt. ltd. company

the name as applied for in pan is same as the name given in din form which includes the husbands name ,but the NAME PRINTED ON PAN CARD IS WITH OUT THE HUSBANDS NAME-

the copy of pan card attached will not show the husbands name .

can din application be proceeded with or should the pan card be corrected?
it is not an error ,its just that applicant has indicated her option to print her name in that manner in the application form.
