XYZ Company held its last AGM for yr 2011-12 on 27th Sept ,2012.
Since that company has gone through amalgamation process ,hence it wants to apply for extension of AGM.
Now I have 2 doubts
1. In Form 61 ,in point 10 of the e-Form, we need to mention financila yera end date for which the application is being filed.Can u please tell me which date I will have to put?

2. What are the other attachments required for extension of AGM

Can date of application of shares and allotment of the shares be the same in case of a pvt ltd co.?

new company bill is applicable for May 2014 examination or not.whether ICAI has issued any notification after withdrawal of earlier notification And whether tax audit date is going to extend by 30/9/13

Can anybody provide me Format of MOA & AOA of private limited company as per companies act 2013.

If in a company 7 shareholders and if a person being shareholder have around 80% share in a private company. Then in this case can he pass any resolution in General Meeting.

Or

number of persons count for the same or number of shareholding count.

I want to know that change in board of directors or management of public ltd company. is it required resolution. If it is reqd. which of type of resolution is required. please give resolution format for the same.
