17 September 2013 Dear Ankur I have filed form 1,18,32 for incorporation of a pvt ltd company on 14/09/2013.I have prepared the Moa & aoa as per companies act 1956 but they require resubmission of amended MOA & AOA as per companies act 2013. so pls provide me format of moa & aoa as per new rules & regulations.

17 September 2013 Sorry Gaurav...Till date I have not come across any MOA based on new rules and regulations.

Please search on Google or contact some professional CA or CS firm.
