WHETHER ABC PVT. LTD. CAN PROVIDE CORPORATE GUARANTEE TO XYZ. LTD. IN RESPECT OF LOAN TAKEN BY THE DEF PVT LTD. FROM XYZ.LTD. IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT PROVIDING LOAN OR GUARANTEE IS NOT ORDINARY BUSINESS OF ABC PVT. LTD.

how much sections are applicable from 1st april 2014 in new companies Act 2013?

sir i need a clarification regards which act to follow.my company was incorporate under com act-1956 .whether we follow 1956 act or 2013 .

please inform me why people create two company??? in one family business create a more than one company of same business?
what logic behind that? any tax benifit ? any other benifits behind that??? please reply

The Audit report of the company was signed by auditor on 29 sept 2012 whereas last date of holding AGM was 30 sept, We get signed form 22 A consent from all shareholders for conduct of AGM on 30 sept 2012 at a shorter notice.But now 30 SEPT 2012 was sunday,My query is that can we hold AGM on sunday ...
