A company was incorporated in FY 2010-11 has mot filed its ROC returns.
Can it file now?

Also, since ITR for FY 2010-11 cannot be filed now, what will be effect ?

U have to pay Penalty & Interest for non filing of IRTS, I suggest visit to ur AO & apply in a written application for ur problem coz u cant file previous year ITR now.

Since there have been no transactions in 2010-11, can filing of ITR for that year be escaped?
