Dear sir,
We want to file Form 23AC/ACA and Form 20B for Pvt Ltd. Company for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13.
AGM date is 29/09/2012 and 24/09/2013 respectively.
In 2011-12 director resigned after the AGM Date but we colud not filr ROC .
Now we want to file ROC for Year 2011-12 but we have not DSC for the director which was in 2011-12.
Please suggests

U have to renew the DSC period of Directors & u will have to pay a penalty amount for filing that forms...
