Is it allowed to a LLP firm to accept funds from their partners and invest in stock market.

If A Private Company have Share Application Money Pending Allotment Then Its Treated As A deposit As Per Companies Act 2013 But Where We Disclose This Deposit in Current Liabilities or Unsecured Laon??????? Please Give Reference before Answering ........

While filling form DIN-4, I am facing following problems:

1. When I enter PAN and go for verification, it shows PAN doesn't match with Income Tax PAN Database (However PAN is correct as per Income tax Database)?

2. When it (Another Form-23B) comes to prescrutiny, it shows that the form is not latest one (However I have downloaded form from MCA website and tried agai8n multiple times??

i have completed my till 20 chapters of company law. i have purchased reliance scanner for reference. which book is beneficial for practical question. should i go through such or module and scanner is enough??suggest.

As per section 12(3)(c), companies Act 2013 every company shall get its name, address or regd office and corporate identity number along with telephone number,fax number, if any, e-mail and website addresses, if any, printed in all its business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications.

My query is with respect to date of compliance of section of Independent Director. In the rules notified by the Government, there is no date mentioned as to till what time are the prescribed class of companies required to comply with the provisions of Independent Director. As per SEBI circular, amendment made to clause 49 of the Listing agreement, listed companies are required to comply with the same by Oct 2014. Till What time are the Public Companies that fall in this category required to comply?
