26 April 2014 i have completed my till 20 chapters of company law. i have purchased reliance scanner for reference. which book is beneficial for practical question. should i go through such or module and scanner is enough??suggest.

26 April 2014 Dear Purvangi,

According to me, the Reliance scanner is enough. The past papers cover almost all of the syllabus.

Additionally, you can glance through the module as well for important topics such as meetings, debentures, MoA and Aoa etc.
