please give the main object for INC 1 for stone crushing company

Can a private company as per new companies act, 2013 avail loan from director's relative, shareholders, HUF etc. & what is section/provision of the same?

Please give your opinion on my following query;

PQR Private Limited has given corporate guarantee/ security to ABC Private Limited for ABC's loan from a nationalized bank, before 12.09.2013.

Now, PQR wants to replace the security provided by them with some other property, no other alteration or modification is to be done, only property secured is to be replaced. whether this can be done or no.

As per my understanding it can done, since this is just a replacement of guarantee of a loan which was secured before 12.09.2013, i mean before the notification of Section 185 of CA, 2013.

Please share your views.

What declaration should be given in form no.INC-8 and what declaration should be given by CA under section 7 (1) (b) of Companies act 2013 while filing a form for incorporation?

A unlisted public Co. incorporated on 19.03.2012 and Board decided the financial yr as 19.03.12 to 31.03.13.

Shareholders appointed 1st auditor in EGM on 31.03.13 . Is this possible ?

What should be the due date of 1st AGM as per details above ?

As on 1-4-2014, X Pvt Ltd has not filed returns continuous period of three financial years and now as per section 164 all the directors are deemed to vacated the office.
Now 1-4-2014 on wards who has to run the company as the company do not have any directors. Will this company become with one without Board???

Or this section will be practically effective from 30-09-2016, the directors who has not filed annual returns for 31-03-2014, 31-3-2015 and 31-03-2016 are not eligible to continue or for the reappointment as Directors.

pls. tell me whether co. act 2013 is applicable for Nov. 2014 attempt or not. Is there any modification issued by ICAI

Can property of the son give as Security in the Company where his father is a director?
Where the son is neither a director nor member?

What would be the effect if, the son is a director or member in the same company?

there are two companies (both pvt co.) in which directors are same. Can one of the company borrow loan(unsecured) from other company?? if not a loan can it take payment for 3-5 days??
