25 April 2014 As per section 12(3)(c), companies Act 2013 every company shall get its name, address or regd office and corporate identity number along with telephone number,fax number, if any, e-mail and website addresses, if any, printed in all its business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications.

But can any one elaborate that what can be included in other official publications???? Please clarify this...

please define official publications as it is a wide concept as per law ?????

29 April 2014 It means a company has to incorporate the CIN on its agreements,letter heads, emails, notices also!!!
