please tell me which documents required to submit for change of address of a private limited company within same state and city in PAN card to income tax department

the old Act only
or old Act and 98 Notified section on 12th September?

whether companies act 2013 is applicable or not for CS EXECUTIVE Examination for DEC 2014

Hello friends,
i have to file form - INV 5 for the f/y 2011-12 whose AGM date is 12-8-2012

As on 31-3-12 the amount of unpaid dividend was 20000/- which belongs to F/y 2010-11 declared in AGM date 25-6-2011.

which date should be enetred in the form as AGM date.
1. F/y 2010-11
2. F/y 2011-12

or last AGM date i.e F/y 2012-13 (25-8-13)

Data is as given below :

Called up capital - Rs.10,00,000/- (100,000 shares of Rs.10 each)

calls in arrears - 15000 (rs.3 each for 5000 shares)

thus paid up capital being 985,000/- only.

dividend proposed and declared is 10%

what should be the dividend amount payable.??

please suggest me wheather Annual report for f.y. 2013-14 of a listed company will included the matters as per last companies act 1956 and will be made as per last year or provisions of new companies act 2013 will be aaplicable and if new provisions aplicable, what new matters will be included in the Annual Report 2013-14.
