10 June 2014 I had read that financial statements and its related reports have to be prepared as per Companies act, 1956. But I wanted to know whether Board's Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Return have to be prepared as per Companies Act, 1956?

Board Report will be prepared according to 1956.
AGM acco to 1956.
But Annual returm will be prepare according to Companies act 2013.
