Can You please define Executive Director and Non Executive Director and if a managing Director not withdrawing any salary then also he comes under definition of Executive Director.

As per the new companies act 2014 , directors are disqualified for five years if annual returns are not filed for a continuous period of three years .

Does the disqualification get removed immediately on filing the returns

I need to ask about the possible remedies against the provisions of Section 164(2).

In the present situation the director is disqualified due to non filing of financial statements of the F.Y. 2007-08,2008-09,2009-10 and did not vacate the office,thus punishable with fine or imprisonment.

Defaults exists in two companies one is a private co. in which he is a director and the other one is a public company in which he is a managing director.

Kindly provide your guidance on the above mentioned situation.

If I am director in a company(just 1 company, say X Co.), Do I need to file MBP 1 for that company?

I have filed INC1 for change in name of company and the same is also approved by the roc but the name is not changed in the roc site.
is any other formalities are to be complied
