Since April 2014, The Companies Act 2013, came into force but for the current year there are no changes for the Annual filing forms this year.
Below is my knowledge about the form to be filed for this year and I need help If anyone can correct me in this matter. For the purpose of this information, I am taking a company XYZ Pvt. Ltd. which has Authorized capital of 50Lac and Paid up of 11Lac. AGM of this company if to be held on 30th Sep 2014.

1. Form 20B- to be filed by 29th Nov (60days from AGM)
2. Form GLN2 - For appointment of Auditor, intimation to be given by 15th Oct (15days from the date of AGM).
3. From 66- Compliance form to be filed by 30th Oct and SRN of this will have to be given in 23AC form with C.Certificate attachment.
4. Form 23AC/ACA - to be filed by 30th October 2014.
5. MGT14 - Suppose BM for the putting up of Financial statement will be held on 5th Sep 2014, Then this form for the intimation to ROC has to be filed by 04th October 2014.

Am I correct in the above matter??
Please help.

if any statutory auditor of a pvt. ltd. company has been resigned in 30-08-20014, can a new auditor appointed in his place can audit the balance sheet for the year 2014 tilll the date of agm or not?

in a pvt ltd company which is incorporated on 5th december 2013authorised ca[pital is 200000,paid up capital is 100000,one director is appointed and one director is resigned.there were 5 directors in the company.previously shares subscribed by them is 6:1:1:1:1 which have to be changed and will be 2:2:1:3:2.what is the peocedure.mca dept says that as this is internal transfer there is no change in paidup capital so mention the transfer in annual return no need to file sh 7.need help.

one of my company in which mr A is additional director appointed in BM now company holding AGM nd in AGM additional director appointed as a director of the company than which type of resolution to be passed ordinary/special


please provide me format of for resolution to be passed in above case.

I HAVE A QUERY REGARDING HOW TO FILE FORM ADT -1 IN EFORM GNL-2, THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION IN THE FORM ABOUT APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR.

What is the ROC fees for getting DIN as per Companies Act,2013.?

Pls Suggest.

I should I do to update the address of a Director on MCA portal.

TO APPOINT MR.A AS A DIRECTOR AND RESIGN MR.B AS DIRECTOR ON THE SAME DATE.

IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE DIR-11 FOR RESIGNING A DIRECTOR.

Every director is required to made disclosure in the first board meeting of the financial year but what about the directors who are not in India. Can they send the form MBP-1 via mail scan copy or courier or fax or they should place it in the meeting they attend later on.

DSC OF ONE OF A DIRECTOR OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY HAS EXPIRED , AND I HAD TO UPDATE THAT DSC WHAT IS THE STEPS TO UPDATE DSC, FURTHER IN CASE OF REGISTER OF DSC , ITS ASKING MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME WHAT SHALL I PUT IN THAT I HAD TRIED LOT , PUTTING MOTHER NAME BEFORE MARRIAGE BUT ITS NOT TAKING.
