Director does not have any disqualification. Is form DIR-8 required?
If yes, whether the same has to be filed with ROC .
As per my knowledge only consent to act as director and letter of appointment is required.

1. No need of DIR-8, if not disqualified.
2. Apart from consent letter and appointment letter, MCA is asking a 'declaration by first director' also.
