Increase in authorised & paid up share capital

Dear Expert,

I want to Increase authorized capital & paid up capital of a private limited co. from Rs. 10 Lakh to Rs. 20 Lakh. Please suggest me what forms I required to file in ROC

Whether company act 2013 apply to all companies

would like to know whether the company act 2013 applies to all existing companies which were under company act 1956.
will it also apply to partnership companies including limited liability and also proprietary conecerns who want to convert to single person company

Renunciation of shares in right issue

Can an Existing Shareholder Renounce his shares to any other person/Non Member or only to a Existing Shareholder under new Companies Act, 2013?

Can a person partially accept and partially renounce the shares offered in Right issue by a pvt. Company?

Please guide on the above queries..

Resignation and appointment of a managing director

There are 4 directors and a Managing director in a pvt company. MD is going to resign and a director has to appoint as MD.
Can anyone give the procedures for dong it and also give the tenure of MD ?
