the director resigned from the company, the Company has filed DIR 12 already but the director resigning does not have a DSC. How does he file DIR 11 as an applicant.

E-Form DIR-11 is required to be filed pursuant to Section 168 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 16 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.
In my opinion it cannot be a valid resignation if DIR-11 not filed
