Can anybody advice me in following query?
Conversion of unsecured loan into equity share by private Company is treated consideration other than cash?

Can First Board meeting be held on the date of incorporation if all directors agree?

1) what is the difference between registered office & corporate office???

2) on many forms u will find "signature" of the applicant.... now how come signature's short form is "sd"?? what could be the logic

I would like to that why does organisations have both PAN number and TAN number ? Is it sufficient to have TAN number and not PAN Number ?

I had two queries regarding incorporation of a new private limited:-

1. In AOA and MOA, can the signature table be filled just like how it was filled previously by subscribers and one professional witness?

2. Can we notarise a single INC-10 for two subscribers/first directors of the company?

Please help.

i have been facing a problem regarding allotment of share capital.I need to allot share capital of company as on 14/03/2014.For this we need to file MGT-14 first & then File PAS-3.but in Form MGT 14 it is asking SRN No.of INC-28 ....
Now how to proceed???

A SRN w.r.t. ROC fee paid is marked as "Invalid and Not been taken on record".

So a fresh form has been filed in respect of the form by paying fresh fee as applicable.

But can we claim a refund of the SRN amount, first filed (which is marked as Invalid and not to be taken on record under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956).

as per new cos. act 2013 can any pvt ltd co. issue unsecured NCD to anyone? if yes what is procedure regarding that..
