17 June 2015 One Private Company want to apply for Fast Track Exit , but subscriber to MOA and AOA and first Directors are differenct persons, pl. know me which documents I should obtained from Directors and Subscribers or Affidavit and Indeminity Bond from Directors are sufficient.
2. In this case whether Board Resolution is required or EGM resolution will require.
