I have recently found that my name is appearing as Director in of the company where I was once an employee before 5-6 years. I have never given my consent nor signed any document for appointment.

What is the possible action which I can take to safe guard myself from any future fraud which may happen.

public co. was having reg. ofc in Mumbai and Corporate ofc in Kolkata.
Now the co. has shifted its registered ofc from mumbai to kolkata at some other address i.e.not at the address of corporate ofc situated in kolkata.

Now the Company is having both registered ofc and Corporate ofc at kolkata but at different address. Now the company wants to remove its corporate ofc. what are the procedures for the same

I have filed MGT-7 for F.Y. 2015-16 but earlier i have come to notice that in the F.Y. Five Board meeting were convened but in MGT-7 i have informed only four board Meetings. Now my query is that please guide me what to do for rectifying the same and what are the consequences for above mistake..

Hi,

A private limited company purchases with its related party is more than 20% of his turnover (Transaction is normal course of business and at arm length ). Now question is:-

1. Company has to file AOC-2 with transaction.

2. Can be approve in board or it should be approve in members meeting.

3. Resolution can be take for the period more than one year (say for 5-6 year at one time) or it shall be restricted for one financial year

4. MGT -14 should be file for this resolution.(Board/Members resolution)
