I have to remove two authorized signatory from the current account and introduce new two authorized signatory, kindly give me a Resolution regarding this concern

Apart from Doing seld study. Could you suggest some good books for the Executive level. Some of my friends say that the text books provided in the ICSI itself shall suffice for CS executive level prg. Pls advice

The Memorandum of the company contain a clause that the company may from time to time by ordinary resolution increase or reduce the number of directors within the limit fixed by these articles.

The limit fixed by these articles is 12.

Now, the company wants to increase the number of directors from 12 to 15.

for amending the MOA, whether prior approval of RD is required or not?

if all directors ABC LTD. and xyZ pvt Ltd are same and ABC Ltd's directors personally hold 100% shares of XYZ Pvt Ltd. will the company XYZ Pvt. Ltd be a subsiadry by virtue of only same directorship or holding of share?

I had filed form 1 of a public company ltd by shares. Now the status of the form is Waiting for user clarification. It says "Main object as marketing and trading of share and securities should be deleted from point No 4. Form 67(addendum)should be filed by 12/5/2010 failing which E for shall be treated as invalid"

For deleting a part of point 4 of main objects of MOA, what shall be the procedure?
Do I have to send the scanned and corrected MOA again?

partnership firm or proprietorship ,which is the better option
for me ,my elder brother also work with me and he is also
join with my father's company expect me.
In future i am looking for branding and direct retailing.

A co.public limited limited by shares not yet listed.
can i issue share of Rs.10 at a premium of Rs.1500/-.because i dont want to dilute the share holding power.
Further in one or two years we are planing to list the company at BSE. whether at that time earlier share issue at premium of Rs.1500/- will effect the price to be determine at the time of List.

can i put into these under main object clause of moa?
