19 April 2010 I have to remove two authorized signatory from the current account and introduce new two authorized signatory, kindly give me a Resolution regarding this concern

21 April 2010 Draft Resolution

The Chairman stated that the Company is holding current account in Bank (Name of Bank). He proposed to delete the names of Mr. B & Mr. C and add the names of Mr. D & Mr. E for the purposes of all bank account operations and transactions of the Company in (Name of Bank). The Board discussed the matter and passed following resolution unanimously:

"RESOLVED THAT the names of Mr. B and Mr.C be and are hereby deleted and the names of Mr.D & Mr.E be and are added for the purposes of all bank account operations and transactions of the Company in (Name of Bank).

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the said account be now operated by the following Directors jointly:

Mr.A Any two of the three
Mr.D
Mr.E

And a copy of the resolution along with specimen signatures of Mr.D & Mr. E, certified by the Chairman be delivered to the bankers for this purpose."
