I am totally blank about ROC. Can anyone give me information regarding ROC filling? And it types of returns.
If is not possible for write in to details, please give me website, which is for my ready reference.

20 April 2010 login to mca website i.e, https://www.mca.gov.in/
On the right hand side just click on MCA21 eServices.
You will get lots of informations over there regarding ROC filing.

It contains all the Documents and the forms which is required to be filled with Registrar of Companies(ROC) under Companies Act, 1956.
