The Investor Company appointed director in the Pvt Ltd Company as per the Clauses of Shareholders Agreement. Now the investor Companty replacing some other person as a nominee director. My question is, whether it is required to obtain the resignation letter from First nominee director to give effect to the appointment of new nominee director?

Nominee director was appointed by the investor company and now investor wants to remove him. So it is always better to collect resignation letter from the director to avoid future disputes or spoiled relations.
