How much period we can kept money in application ?

Is there any provision in company law for period regarding allotment of money?

While filing the charge documents in Form 8, does we require to attach the certified copy of resolution for loan along with charge documents? In this regard, we in form that we have filed the resolution copy to bank for the sanctioning purpose.

Say, X is a Pvt Ltd Co,In this company one of its shareholders tranfer his share to the other doing all the formalities required in ROC.Now the question is the tranfer was made in the month of September 2009 and the share transfer deed is of April2009.Is he right in doing that??? Do reply...
The Date of Logdement of tranfer is 15th sept2009 and date of tranfer is 30th Sept2009???then

ABC Private Limited was incorporated with 2 First Directors.

Later, the company appointed two Additional Directors, who are foreign nationals.


Query

1. How the company will have its Board Meeting without the presence of NRI Directors ? The 2 First Directors are always available with the company.

2. Can the company accept the request from those two NRI directors and grant Leave of Absence ?

Ans : ..................

3. If the request from those two NRI directors is accepted, then for how many meetings, the company shall accept the request and grant leave of absence or there is any limitation like one year or ....... number of meetings ?
