unlisted co. merge with listed co. high court has passed order...what will be the next step for functioning of company??? what will be the step to get shares of unlisted com, get listed after said merger order??

A public limited company has taken approval of the central government for appoitnment of whole time director for the period 1st April, 2009 to 31st March, 2014.

However now the company wants to change the designation to Managing Director.

Pls advice with respect to the procedure tp be followed and the forms to be filed.

If public limited company having more than 50 shareholders is converted into private limited company. What will be the remedy for limiting the no. of shareholders as 50 after converting. whether after conversion members may be more than 50 with the approval of CLB etc.
