31 July 2010 unlisted co. merge with listed co. high court has passed order...what will be the next step for functioning of company??? what will be the step to get shares of unlisted com, get listed after said merger order??

05 August 2010 1) Presume you had obtained prior approval from BSE/NSE under clause 24(f) of Listing Agreements

2) Send order of the high court to the stock exchange and apply for listing of new shares

3) File listing agreement with all the details required by the stock exchange for listing of the new shares.

4) once listing approval is obtained, the shares issued in demat form can be allowed for trading.
