Dear All,
i have one query regarding Merger of one Private Company which is subsidiary of one unlisted Public Company with another Private Company,
Private Company with which subsidiary company wants to be merge having 100%FDI, so is it possible under Companies Act, 1956?,
and if possible then what is the procedure for the same and if any consequances is there then also let me know,

Yes. it is possible and the rules for a normal merger would apply.
