A listed company wants to reissue its forfeited shares to a specific strategic investor.

Pls state the procedure and the requirements that are to be complied.

Will it be considered as preferential allotment????

Share Transfer

Case Fact:

In a private Ltd. company there are 6 members.

Out of 6 Members 4 Members transferred their shares to remaining 2 Shareholders.

I want to know what documentary procedure should be adopted for such case?

SEBI guidelines 2009 capital and disclosure requirements

Currently updated amendments list by ICAI says that sebi guilelines 2009 investment and disclosure requirements amended upto April-2010 is applicable for Nov-2010 CA final exams (old course)
From whrere can i get this SEBI guilelines 2009?
