what is the tenure of service for first directors. Should first directors be reappointed at the 1st AGM?

TENURE OF FIRST DIRECTORS TILL THE DIRECTOR ARE DULY APPOINTED IN FIRST GENRAL MEETING OF COMPANY HELD AFTER INCORPORATION BUT PRIOR TO HOLDING OF FIRST AGM.
