30 July 2010 my query is regarding the removal of a company auditor before the expiry of his term.
please offer your views regarding the procedural compliance about this matter as soon as possible.
is it possible to remove the company statutory auditor before the expiry of his term and what will be the compliances to be made.

30 July 2010 Auditor can be removed before the expiry but you need to get RD approval and than get members approval for the same.(Refer Sec 225 also)
