can the resignation of the staututary audior at the AGM is regarded as a casual vacancy? can a company need to file MGT 14 for the same?

Can a person become a MD, who is already held a position of Whole time director in other company ?

a private company , other than small company, appointed a MD five years ago, now whether he is re appointed again in the general meeting for a term five years?

small private limited company making loss since last 3 years. is it needed to file form 29B?for whom its compulsary to file the form?

In a private limited company there are 2 directors. But they are disqualified due to non filing of annual return from 31/3/2010. Now they can't file any forms. What is procedure to file roc forms

My query is about removal of First Auditor.
Is removal of First Auditor or appointing a different auditor at first AGM requires a special resolution to be passed and filing of MGT-14 and ADT-2 accordinngly. Please suggest.

What it means rotation??
(Please don't explain through act provisions explain me in simple english)

What if first auditor not appointed within 30 days of date of registration of the company.

even first auditor not appointed in EGM within 90 days.

Now what is to be done??

I have taken COP w.e.f. 21.09.2017

One Pvt Ltd Co. incorporated in May 2015 approached me to comply with the requirements of Companies Act i.e. Signing of Balance Sheet as Auditor, Filling of Annual returns and financial statements with ROC etc for 31.03.2016 and 31.03.2017. Please let me know whether I can accept the audit now for 2 years i.e. 31.03.2016 and 31.03.2017 since my COP date is 21.09.2017.
