even first auditor not appointed in EGM within 90 days.

Now what is to be done??

Dear Respected Members, I want to enquire whether a Managing Director of a Company shall be treated as employee of the private Company in which he holds majority of shares. Further, no contract of employement has been entered with such Managing Director. Experts views are solicited.

I have taken COP w.e.f. 21.09.2017

One Pvt Ltd Co. incorporated in May 2015 approached me to comply with the requirements of Companies Act i.e. Signing of Balance Sheet as Auditor, Filling of Annual returns and financial statements with ROC etc for 31.03.2016 and 31.03.2017. Please let me know whether I can accept the audit now for 2 years i.e. 31.03.2016 and 31.03.2017 since my COP date is 21.09.2017.

Advance received in case of transfer of immovable property exceeding Rs.20,000 to be reported as per 269SS. in real estate business , advance received from numerous customers to be reported ? or any exemption for real estate ? if any provide me links of official announcements

Our company is private company and also have partnership firm..tell me procedure of takeover of partnership firm by private limited company..plz ans me ..that partnership firm is wholly owned subsidiary of private limited

sir, whether cash withdrawn from bank and spent during 9th november and 30 th december is to be shown under permissable receipts and permissable payments under other denomination column
