Can a person become a MD, who is already held a position of Whole time director in other company ?

I think a person who gives his whole time devotion in a company as whole time director can not give services as managing director to other company.

But in Private Company we can appoint him as a MD.

THE LAW IS SILENT ABOUT IT. HOWEVER, I RECOMMEND YOU TO APPOINT HIM AS NON EXECUTIVE
