DISQUALIFIED DIRECTORS

one of our company is Disqualified by roc due to non filling of Annual returns for last 5 years, now when we go for winding up of company mca forms gave us message that directors are Disqualified. So please guide me

company can not file any form with DSC of disqualified directors. also there is no clear provision regarding removal of disqualification of director in CA 2013. so you have to wait till further notifications. see attached link for further guidance
