I have equity share of a company which not listed in any stock exchange. I have not received company annual report and dividend since last four year. Now I want to send an application for update my address in company register. Please tell me procedures of this application

Recently i filed Spiec form and the respective form also approved by ROC. My question is can we take print out of the spiec-emoa and AOA in order to open a bank a/c in the name of the company or we need to produce certified copies of the same.

I would like to have kind help from the esteemed professionals on the following matter:-

I am working in CS department of a listed Company where Internal Auditor is being appointed by the Audit Company from FY 2015-16 and a informative note was just placed before the Board and no separate resolution is passed in the Board meeting also.The same thing got repeated for FY 2016-17.

I requested please help me in this matter whether this is a Non-compliance of Companies Act and if yes,please guide on further course of action that can be taken in this case.

Filing of Initial Agreement in LLP Form 3 and Statement of Account and Solvency in Form 8 and 11 for the year ending 31st March 2017

The incorporation date of my company is 30/05/2017 how am I suppose to fill anything for 31st March 2017 as the company didn't even exist

A private limited NBFC is a holding company of another private limited NBFC for first 6 months of F.Y.16-17. For the later 6 months it is no longer the holding company also it does not hold more than 20% shares. There are only common directors between two companies.Will they be treated as associate companies.

Is the consolidation of financials required? If yes as per holding subsidiary( for 6 months or for entire year) or if applicable for associate companies.

while filing the SPICe forms for incorporation of a company how one can figure out that the company is a small company as there is no option regarding selection of a small company, but when one look into inquire fees section on MCA portal it shows fees according to Small companies also.
So my point is how the SPICe form figure it out weather it is small or big company as definition of small company is based on paid up capital and turnover.basic ,so how one can quote the price for incorporation of company .
