Please clarify, what is resolution no. to be filled in the verification section of the e-form.

Can a single resolution to sign e-form in general i.e for all the e-filings be passed in a board meeting or a separate resolution for each e-filing.

Please let me know the minimum paid up capital for which compliance certificate is required to obtained.

1. The books of accounts u/s 209A of the Cos. Act are to be maintained at Registered Office.

Now the question arises, in todays SAP environment how this can be ensured or how the law can be complied with since the input and output can be executed from anywhere.

2. Whether investment in mutual funds and tradable securities should be entered in Register of Investment u/s 372A?

One company incorporated in the year 1999. They didn't file any subsequent forms with MCA. In the portal's company's master data page the companies status is "Strike off". What will be the actions from our side to continue or winding-up?
