After the change in objects has been approved by ROC is anything else to be done so as to claim a new certificate of registeration or it comes all by itself

22 November 2010 Why will a fresh certificate of registration be issued by the Registrar in case of alteration of Objects Clause????????? In my opinion as per section 18, the Registrar shall regsiter and certify the registration of the Objects Clause and a certificate of registration to that effect will be issued and NOT A FRESH CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION!!!!!!!!
