Resolution no. to sign e-form

Please clarify, what is resolution no. to be filled in the verification section of the e-form.
Can a single resolution to sign e-form in general i.e for all the e-filings be passed in a board meeting or a separate resolution for each e-filing.
Evenm you may use the one resolution no for years also.

As per my thinking if more than one resolutions are passed in a meeting, it is the no. on which a particular resolution is passed and if a single resolution is passed in a meeting the no. would be 1.
Please suggest am I right?

Yes If a single resolution is passed for authorization to sign forms to be filed with ROC then Resolution no.1 will be assigned for that purpose.
