I am a student of ICWAI final. Can i file an application of incorporation of a new private limited company indipendently (without a CA)?

whether MOA,AOA required to be filled in physical form to ROC,if form 1 filled electronically by MCA21 Portal with on line stamp duty paid.if required to be filled whether it can be filled by the registered post or required to be filled personally visit ROC office.

one has started the Pvt Ltd co with 4 shareholders, after starting the company the work doesnt come, they did not do any business in the name of the company, and now they wanted to close down the company,.. please tell me about the procedure and the amount involved to bind the company?

My company is in medical business the company waants to do trading in stock, F&O agents, Foreign and commodity markets.These objects are not covered in ancillary object. I want to know the procedurein case we wish to incorporate these clause,with removal of the main object clause of medical business.

I am working with a MNC and we have very small setup for India... Yr 2009 last we got our LO registered in India at New Delhi address but after some time we vacated that office premises and that premises was taken on rent so no chance getting same premises again. From 2010 onwards we were working from home office...

My QUESTION: Now we are planning to open office again so If we wanted to open an office now, do we need to notify RBI about the new office address and can we operate multiple offices across India using same LO like one in UP/Mum/RAJ/DEL/GUJ/CHN/HYD etc...

I have to file the annual return of a pvt ltd company and have following queries, please solve it:

1. how to change the existing email
address of the company?

2. previous auditor of the company is
retired in this AGM & they refused to
file the annual return, can newly appt.
auditor can file the same with his
digital signature?

3. Form 23ACA PART-B, Pt. III asking for
details of three (3) principle products
of the company with following details:
(i) ITC Code
(ii) Product Description
(iii)Turnover Details

Is it compulsory to provide these details
in Form 23ACS???

Please guide me as i am new to filling Annual Return.

Actually i want to file a ROC returns for a pvt co., its paid up capital is 12 lakhs, so done with compliance certificate,

But my query n doubt is, the AGM date of the co is 20/09/2011, but Compliance date is mentioned as 01/08/2011, will tis Certificate can be filed?

which date should be considered, is this Compliance certificate is valid?

Compliance date is okay, r should be changed?

Please any 1 let me know about this.
