03 October 2011 whether MOA,AOA required to be filled in physical form to ROC,if form 1 filled electronically by MCA21 Portal with on line stamp duty paid.if required to be filled whether it can be filled by the registered post or required to be filled personally visit ROC office.

If you file the MoA & AoA through electronically via attachments on e-Form 1, then there is no need to file the physical copy with the concerned RoC. You can keep it yourself or otherwise you may hand it over to the directors of the private company.
