In point VIII of Annual return, regarding equity share capital break up, whether we have to show the position of shareholders as on 31st March or position on the date of filing of Annual return, in case any share transfer takes place after the end of the financial year

04 October 2011 In point VIII of Annual return, regarding equity share capital break up, we have to show the position of shareholders as on the date of filing of Annual return.
In case any share transfer takes place after the end of the financial year, Give Details of Shares/Debentures Transfers since Date of last AGM In point VI of Annual Return.

05 October 2011 While filling the annual return, detail of shareholders or directors is required to be given upto the date of AGM and in case of share transfer, then the share transfeered since last AGM till the Current AGM will be given in annual return
